If you have placed your order after 10PM on Thursday you will get your meals the Sunday following the immediate Sunday(two Sunday's from now).

If you have placed your order before 10PM on Thursday, you will get your meals delivered Sunday of the same week.

You can pause, change or cancel your subscription before Thursday of the delivery week.

You will receive an text message on Sunday 5-30 minutes prior to your delivery. Please keep in mind that our deliveries do not come in refrigerated/insulated bags once out of the delivery vehicle, so you will want to be aware when your delivery is made to be able to get meals into a fridge. Please turn on email notifications to the email you used on your phone to sign up to our service.

After the pre-arrival text, once we arrive, we will knock on the door. If no one answers, we will leave meals at the door unless otherwise instructed by the customer. We understand sometimes apartments are not able to take delivery. If your building does not take delivery for any reason, please let us know, otherwise the meals will be left at the door. We cannot stress this enough.

We are not responsible for meals once left at the door. We have made our attempts to inform you that we are on the way, please be kind enough to work with us as well. By subscribing to our service, you agree to our delivery policy.

All Washington DC & Northern VA deliveries are between 7AM-5PM unless otherwise emailed.
